HULK understands tough well conditions and deviations. We have designed our MLE product line to satisfy all your needs in unconventional wellbores. Our high-quality motor lead guards can withstand the most demanding applications and will extend the life of your cable and ESP. 

Here is what you can expect from HULK MLE Guards:

    • Significantly improved door design capable of carrying 10,000 lbs., safely allowing installations into the horizontal

    • Axial profile designed for smooth installation while still being rated for 10,000 lb. loadings

    • Bias bolts as backups for impacts and loadings in excess of 10,000 lbs

    • Forces equipment string at least 0.75” away from casing, increasing MLE clearance

    • Substantial resistance to rotation with a backup anti-rotation bolt Built for multiple installations, quick refurbishment

    • Bed accommodates MLE cable thermal expansion

    • Available for 7 inch and 5.5 inch wellbores

    • Available in 316L stainless steel – passivated or 4140

    • 316L SS bolts or upgrade to titanium for toughest conditions

    • Anti-rotation mechanism with backup

    • Bias bolts to prevent axial shifts

    • Heavy-duty door for maximum cables

    • Concealed beds for cable and two 3/8” cap tubes
